How to claim a refund

We will do our utmost best to see that your package is deliver at your provided location. But in case of a mistake from our end, kindly follow the steps:

Firstly, your product ordered will be wrapped twice before it is delivered.

  • So peel the first parcel/wrap then take a clear photo of the package.
  • Email us your complain with the photo of the package
  • Also forward a photo of the payment receipt payment.
  • The email shoulld also contain your order number.

It should be noted that if any of the above required information is missing, the refund won’t be process.
